Sides Of My Tongue Are Black. They Were Small Patches

Sides of my tongue are black. They were small patches earlier. I have had them since I was 10 yr old. N now I m 24. I have problem during eating food. My tongue burns with any touch of salt spices or any hot food substance. There are small reddish dots on my tongue too. I m worried
