Since 5-6 Years Suffering For Low Fever Any Time 3-4days

Since 5-6 years suffering for low fever any time 3-4days in a week,2015 November my c4 report has come high value,and small lumbs are growing at my body,like wrist,neck,throat.. they are not painful,feeling weak. Please ask me the reason of all things.
