Since 7/29 My AST Liver Panel Count Has Gone From

Since 7/29 my AST liver panel count has gone from 439 to 119 as of 10-11 blood test since Doctor put me on Budesonide 3 capsules per day. I'm a type 1 diabetic. He did a liver biopsy on Dec.31 that looked good and has cut my tablets back to 2 and now 1 per day. I'm terrified about my liver function and need input as to my next step because the steroid pills are terribly increasing blood sugars even though I have adjusted my pump setting with my endocrinologist.
