Since April 2018 I Feel A Pain In My Left

Since April 2018 I feel a pain in my left leg, probably from my hip joint, the pain varies from day to day, forcing me to walk with a limp. I'm 64 yo and in general good shape, this is the 1st time something like this happens to me. What should i do? Thank you.
