Since August Of Last Year, Every Month About The Same

Since August of last year, every month about the same time of the month , I get a spike in my temp (base temp is 96.8, temp reaches up to 102.0 I get body pains that start in groin area left hand side, Intense pain, chills, then all over body pain, dizziness, weakness can't eat, not hungry really, I had 21.5 cm tumor removed May 2013, treated for cancer and this lasts any where from 2 days to four days.
