Since February 10th, I Have Been To My Doctor For

Since February 10th, I have been to my doctor for a UTI which he gave me cipro. Then went to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with strep throat and given a z pack. Then went to the ER and was given cipro again for a UTI, and then ended up at the ER with serious dehydration and a serious ear infusion. Was given omnicef. Then in the middle of the night I wake up screaming I can't lift my right arm because of the pain in my shoulder, and my right wrist is sore to the touch, red, swollen, and the pain is unbearable. What is happening to me?
