Since I Have Hernia Problem I've Had Nothing But Itching

Since I have hernia problem I've had nothing but itching on my body usually at night when I'm sleeping. Sometimes I wonder if it's because I need to go to bathroom to urinate because underneath my testicales their very very itchy and I need to scatch till nearly raw.
