Since June My Father Aged 83 Has Started To Have

Since June my Father aged 83 has started to have trouble with his hands . At first numb, now his fingers seem to twist over each other, he is unable to use his hands for fine motor functions. He complains of hands aching. No signs of a stroke. Thank you
