Since Monday Of Last Week I Have Had This Bloating

Since Monday of last week I have had this bloating cramping feeling in my abdomen... this went away yesterday.. but this morning I couldn't keep my breakfast down... I am able to keep water down.. which is all I have had the rest of the day. Bowel movements have been normal... no pain and no fever
