Since An Auto Accident, Now 3-1/2 Years Later I Still

Since an auto accident, now 3-1/2 years later I still suffer rapid eye movement (right eye), with pinwheels and vision darkening. I continuously experience (head) numbness and recently (June, 2015) was hospitalized with Transient Global Amnesia. I lost a whole day as I can still only remember getting out of bed that day, the rest is completely gone. The Neurologist who briefly spoke with me while I was hospitalized informed me I am a text book case of TGA and now have a 25% chance of this reoccurring at any given time. But of course, the CT and MRI showed no signs of a stroke or brain tumor. But PTSD and tramatic brain injury from my auto accident seem to fall into place. I am so discouraged and finding it difficult to carry on, let alone function daily. I guess my question to you now is, could this numbness, etc be a form of vertigo and what type of therapy might help me? I am currently attempting to seek EMDR therapy for the PTSD but still waiting on an insurance settlement to help with therapy costs.
