Since Early 2018 My Leg Has Been In Pain.From Just

Since early 2018 my leg has been in pain.From just above the kee all the way to ankle, with increased numbness and increased stinging pain in foot. I am diabetic and had minor nueropithy, but that has increased significantly. Will a simple X-ray detect what I am feeling?
