Since I Woke Up This Morning My Left Forearm Down

Since i woke up this morning my left forearm down to fingertips have been numb like it fell asleep. Thinking as the day goes on it would get better, well it hasn't. Matter of factly the muscles in my forearm feel a little painful, not sore like day after a workout but more like hitting it against the corner of a table. My wrist feels swollen but no visible swelling but has no strength and the only way to hold onto something so my wrist doesn't go limp and fail is by Tucking in my elbow to my side.My hand feels as if though there is Restricted blood flow But my hand is not cold and the skin color is normal.Coordination have enough coordination to make a fist But there is no strength. My thumb, pinky finger and the finger next to it feel un- coordinated with no strength but will close to make a fist. The index finger and 'birdy finger' are fine. Hand feels awkward and weak as i open my hand all the way flat. I cannot fully spread my fingers out, limited to20% movement. I cannot pull my hand back nor side to side 0% movement.
I have no tingling sensation it all feels numb like.
