Since Last Night My Stomach Has Been Bloated And It

Since last night my stomach has been bloated and it hurts. I don't feel like I have have to go to the bathroom but when I do it feels much better, but for only a short time. The food I have eaten is a normal diet. I have had a sore throat and coughing with bring up phelm. Is this a stomah bug or from my sinuses?
