Since Night Of 1/10 I've Had Fatigue, Weakness During Day,

Since night of 1/10 I've had fatigue, weakness during day, slight cough. At night time I begin freezing, can't get warm, extreme headache, very limited appetite and fever up to 102 with drenching of me and bed when it breaks early dawn hours. My chest feels somewhat heavy but no trouble breathing.
