Since one year, I had a feeling that something is stuck in my throat when I swallowed saliva or water. My Adam’s apple (the laryngeal prominence) seemed having a thick rubbery layer around it, that was unusual. Recently, I decided to go to an ENT doctor due to having multiple other symptoms as well. The doctor did the “Nasal Endoscopy” and saw all the way inside my throat. He said: everything is normal and you have a normal “enlarged thyroid nodule.” He said, some women at age of 40 do get these nodule, and nothing to worry.
I had Malaria over a month ago. I took Allopathic Medicine for it and was fine. Two weeks after that I had severe lethargy, constipation, Muscle aches, insomnia and weakness for more than a week. After that some days were normal and others had the same symptoms. I thought maybe I was having thyroidism so I took the TSH test, Liver function test, and CBC. All test results were normal. That led me to the ENT doctor as I described in the first paragraph, and I did not get answers for my problem. can you help?
