Since One Year I Found Some Change In Mouth Like

Since one year i found some change in mouth like different colors and white tongue and inflamed taste buds and sometimes i feel like burning. And i have sore throat i went for too many doctors and they gave me medicines but nothing i have same symptoms and a small lump beside my cheeck
