Since Testerday, I Have Had Some Blurry Vision. It Isn't

Since testerday, I have had some blurry vision. It isn't constant. Also, my feet and ankles have been swollen for about 4 days now. I had my kidneys checked along with some other blood work recently and it checked out fine. My blood pressure is normal most of the time. Just took it and it was 112/88. Any ideas what might be going on"
