Since The Beginning Of Last Year I Have Been Having

Since the beginning of last year I have been having pain in my right upper quadrant. I have gone for multiple HIDA scans and one came back positive the other came back negative. Some days the pain is a stabbing pain that moves up and I feel extreme pressure in my chest. Other times I have a very bad burning pain and I feel like I have acid reflex. About a month ago I was vomiting bile (so says a nearby surgeon) and I went into the hospital and the surgeon had said that it was not my gallbladder. I would like some answers as to why I am having gallbladder like symptoms and my HIDA scan came back positive if it is not my gallbladder, if you can answer these questions it would be greatly appreciated!!!
