Since The Beginning Of This Year My Period Has Been

Since the beginning of this year my period has been different since last year. Last year I graduated high school started college even got a job so I have been pretty busy. This year I have been stressed out by classes, work, and some family drama. Recently I have noticed that my period has been coming every little over two weeks. I have even had my period come twice in one month. Two times. One in August and this month (October). They don't have a strange smell and they don't hurt or bleed then they normally do. I'm 20 years old, and I am not sexually active at all. I would love some advice.
