Since The End Of January I Have Had A Cough.

Since the end of January I have had a cough. Sometimes it is productive and brings things up other times it is just crackling noises. About 4 times a day I have a coughing fit where I vomit, can't catch my breath, turn bright red, cry and pee my pants. My doctor does not seem concerned. Help.
