Since This Morning I Have Been Having Extreme Pain In

Since this morning I have been having extreme pain in my right testicle, which then alternates to my side and back, near my kidney area. Usually I wouldn't mind too much, but the pain has been unbearable. Also my right testicle is much more swollen, and there has been discharge on my urethra. Im 19 years old and in good physical shape. Please respond at your earliest convenience
