Since This Morning, I Have Had About 6 Separate Episodes

Since this morning, I have had about 6 separate episodes of quick sharp jabs in the left lower abdomen, each lasting about a minute or less. There is no pain between episodes. Does not seem to be activated by pressure in that area.
I am a 71 yr old female with no health issues. I take no meds other than ibuprofen for headaches and a bad back.
