Since This Morning My Right Shoulder Blade Has Beeb Cracking

Since this morning my right shoulder blade has beeb cracking and a bone feels out of place. When it first occured this morning at school i dropped to the ground in extreme pain and was crying. This has been happening all day and whenever i mive my right arm now it is really painful and i end up whimpering and crying. I have bursitis in my left shoulder but this feels nothing like bursistis pain
