Since This Time Last Year I Have Had An Issue

Since this time last year I have had an issue with my throat. First It felt as if something was stuck in my throat, this came after a really bad heartburn. Next, it felt as if food was going up my noise, so I could not eat. Now It feels as if food is going into my ears. I have ringing and a wired feeling in my throat. Could this be caused by the post nasal drip I have been suffering from?
