Since Yesterday Morning I Have Pain At The Root Of

Since yesterday morning I have pain at the root of my helix when I put pressure on it, when I woke up today the pain had spread out to the area right in front of my tragus but not the tragus itself. I have noticed a small bump at the root of my helix and the area at my tragus is a bit swollen. It does not hurt when I don't touch it. Should I be worried?
