Since Yesterday My Lower Right Side Of My Stomach Hurt.

Since yesterday my lower right side of my stomach hurt. It is sharp and runs to my back. I still have been going to urinate but more frequent. My stool is loose not diarrhea yet. When i lay down and kinda curl up i feel s little more comfort. I don't have a gallbladder and have had a hysterectomy done and i do have ulcers but have not seen any blood. What could it be and should i go to doctor or emergency room
