Since Yesterday, My Urine Has Been A Bright Yellow, Almost

Since yesterday, my urine has been a bright yellow, almost flourescent. I have no pain, no visual blood in my urine. I don't take any vitamins. I have a history of kidney stones and UTIs. I also have a pounding headache that started today. I normally don't get headaches. Do I have anything to be concerned about?
