Sinus Drainage Made Me Nauseous And When I Was Vomiting,

Sinus drainage made me nauseous and when I was vomiting, I started coughing so hard that I heard a pop in my head. What followed was the worst headache I have ever had. Every heartbeat sent a wave of pain through my head. It lasted well over an hour. What caused this? Can it be prevented? I would hate to cough like that will driving and have a wreck.
