Sir, Can We Again Give Meftal P To 4 &

Sir, Can we again give Meftal p to 4 & half year kid - 16 kg weight in 4 hours gap as the temperature is going up again.
Also the kid is feeling cold / shivering when the fever starts.

He is having fever for last 20 hrs only and we have given calpol 250 mg (5 ml) 4 times and Meftal p one time (5ml) around 4 hrs back. Now again the fever has started coming after shivering - it is 100 ' C now.

Pls advice!
