Sir, Good Noon. I'm A Diabetic Patient. Dr Advised Glargine

Good noon.
I'm a diabetic patient.
Dr Advised glargine 25 units once a day in morning with cetafin XL.
Still I hv foot burning.
Also an ointment Olmoist cream for foot. Which is not available here.
Pls suggest me
1) is the glargine is enough?
2) a good foot ointment., which avoids burning sensation
