Sir, Hope All Is Well At Your End, I Got

Sir,
Hope all is well at your end, I got flu which turned into high fever went to Dr. Who used ice water to 1st reduce temp a bit later injured resophin along with lincusin...It resulted to normal temp soon but cough was as it is. Today I again went to dr and he injucted resophin only since cough was as it is so while returning home I bought 250 g fish and consumed it but within no time temp reached to 101 I don't know why but cough gone...:)
Dr has given me Avelox 400 1 daily
Ponstan 3 times a day
Penadol 3 times a day
n keStine 1/2 morning n night.
Looking for your guidance n quick reply one more thing I had vomit 2 hours after eating fish but it was thick n painful.
P.S since m little aware about medican so spell can b incorrect...
