I am 18 years old ,5 feet 9 inches tall,and my weight is 95 kgs. My sgpt level has increased to 123 and sgot 68.Last year my sgpt level was 52 and weight was 80 kgs nearly.Last few months I am having pro hair tablets and stopped all types of exercise and swimming.Please help me to reduce my sgpt level.
