Sir I am 26 year old 4 year past in an accident by head injury cause vertigo in c.t scan and MRI report my brain is normal and healthy by using some medicines like ginko biloba,serc,notrophil etc symptoms subsides for some days but reuccure symptoms so plz sir prescribed treatment for me I think it is ENT case
