Sir I Am 41years Old & Suffering From Very Blared

I am 41years old & suffering from very blared vision in my left eye with a 2 weeks & go for eye checkup and the doctor advise a water deposited in retina by checking eye scan & photo report. The doctor has advised to go for laser surgery to pluck the water source in the retina after 3 weeks with using Glotab tablet for one month. My question is, 1. is it possible to cure by only medicine treatment ?. 2. The chances of curability by surgery ? 3. Glotab tablet is it for only antioxidant or some other functions have?
