Sir I Am 52 Year Mail.I Could Not Clear My

Sir I am 52 year mail.I could not clear my stomach in the morning.I have also problem in urination.I could not pass urine fully and sometimes my pant gets wet when I came back from wahroom.I have inflated stomach while fat on my other body parts is normal.I taking alchohal in the evening for the last 30 years.I use soda with alchohal.I am also feeling weekness in my legs and also there is fat loss from my thighs.please advise about my health problems.
