Sir, I Am Ramakrishna Of Sri Lanka. Age 60 Years

Sir,
I am Ramakrishna of Sri Lanka. Age 60 years Height 5'2", weight 60kg.
Problem: I am suffering from hemifacial spasm in my left eye twitching, getting smallar, and my mouth trembling and numbness when talking and smiling also my chin lift up to the left side, it has been for the past 6 years.
I have already taken 4 time botox which was helped me only for 3 months. but my cheek got little swelling (like idema).
I am continuously taking Rivotril (clonazipam 0.5 mg tds.) and vit B 12.
I have BP most of the time 130/90 while taking Losartan potasium (Angizar 50 mg) , Diltizem ( Angizem 60mg ( bd )respectively.
I have Diabetic and taking Metformin 500 bd daily. My sugar level probably 7.5.
Kindly give your advise to cure my ill.
