Sir I am Ramiz from India.I am currently a 4th year mechanical engineering student.I had a dislocated elbow like 6 years back.Then while playing i used to have recurring dislocation;so i stopped playing to help settle my elbows together(with my dad's advice,who happens to be a doctor)Now after 4 years i feel i have my elbow in allingment;however my left hand(the hand which used to get dislocated) isnt that strong.i joined college gym 7 days back.my college life ends in 3 and a half months.i have been doing free hand exercises leaving the chinups and pushups;fearing it would put pressure on my left arm.but after 7 days the trainer asked me to start doing half pushups.i really want to know as what i can do to get a decent chest and abs and decent elbow.I dont want a bulky body.I am 5 feet 9.5 inches tall with 60 kg weight.I want to get the best use of the last 3 months left of college life.I am doing other studies side by side..so i can only give one hour (6 pm to 7 pm everyday leaving sunday).
since i live in college i eat what breakfast is given everyday which usually is of bad quality.in afternoon i eat rice and other dish that is given along with it;but i make it a point to intake as much dal as i can.then before going for workout i drink some glucose to help gain energy.Then after workout i have 2 glasses of banana shake and 3-4 eggs( i dont throw away the yolk as i believe i dont have much fat daily;mainly because i am slim).then at night i have dinner with as much dal as i can have.then before sleeping i take protein x with milk(one glass).
i tried doing push ups but i find it really difficult.please tell me what i should do to get atleast a good chest and decent biceps with atleast 4 pack abs,so that i can feel motivated after 3 months of workout and i can continue further.after 3 months i will go back home so i will join a gym there.please help sir.
