Sir, I Am Shagor, I Am Having Problem With Semen

Sir,
I am Shagor, i am having problem with semen falling before sex. it happened due to may be over masturbation and now i totally stopped it. And my another problem is semen fluid and too much fluid.
Sir actually it is very shameful for all men and also me too that when wife are crying after getting sex and when if she went to leave this relation.
Sir would you please help me for get a better solution?
