Sir I am a diabetic patient 40 years old. Iam keeping sugar level under control only by diet and exercise. It ranges from 150 to 170. For the past one month I have rashes in my penis and some which discharge is found under the penal skin. How could I cure this what medicine should I take to cure the rashes. Pls let me know . regards.
