Sir, I Am Facing Skin Allergy. Scratching Gives Temperory Relief

Sir, I am facing skin allergy. scratching gives temperory relief but the skin conditions gets deterioriated. It occurs frequently. Particularly in night there is too much itching. I had consulted dermatologist also. but not very much relief. Please advise
