Sir I Am Having Throat Pain From Last One Week,and

Sir I am having throat pain from last one week,and after one week my blood pressure reading is 130/95 and I between I havnt taken medicine but now I have taken azee prescribed by doctor but still persist pain in my throat but new symptom arises is that short breathness and little bit chest pain ..i am a regular smoker also but not a serial smoker .please tell me that I have the symptoms of lung cancer ,throat cancer or common infection,uncousioness is also there,my weight is nearly 80 kg and I am 21 year old ,and let me know you that my father is diabetic
