Sir I Am Suffering From Piles,fissures For More Than A

Sir I am suffering from piles,fissures for more than a month. Stool evacuation is very painful. Since no improvement even after using English medicine, I went to another doctor after 10 day, who advised to under go surgery as it is fissures and not piles. I am advised to go for homeopathic treatment.. After 10 days I got 75% improvement and started attending office. After 4 days the problem reappeared and I am continuing homeo. Bleeding stopped but unbearable pain and pinching at one inch above anus continues.Further swelling on right side of the anus outside with a cut at backside of anus outside side. Now bleeding stoped but pain continues.I can't sit in the forenoon hours. I am afraid to go for stool evacuation.
I consulted another English Doctor yesterday and he diagnosed it as fissures only and prescribed medicine ornicef tab 10,daily 2,providac cap 14, daily 2 and duphalac syrup, Smuth ointment plus Sitz in betadine water. He informed it will take a month. Shall I continues these medicines. Can you provide any expert advice for my fast recovery. Can I continue homeopathic medicine also with some gap in between for quick relief.
