Sir, I Am Taking Gemar-1, One Tablet In The Morning

Sir, I am taking Gemar-1, one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the night. I am a bit confused now whether the tablet should be taken before food or after food. The doctor who prescribed the medicine had move his clinic to some other city. Could you please help and advice on this question.
