Sir I Am Trying To Get Pregnant But My Throid

Sir I am trying to get pregnant but my throid Tsh is 11.67. So my doctor advice me to hold? I have been taking 50 MG thyrox since 2 month.i was getting my period very normal. But dis time ( after 2 month thyroid medicine) my period was jus 4-5 drop every day even on 1st and 2nd day..one of my frnd saying it may be a sign of pregnancy?? So I just wanted to know it is possible to get pregnant or thyroid effect??
