I do web development as a profession. I am 29 years old. But increasingly more and more of my career is getting ruined due to the addiction of watching porn. Instead of working I end up watching porn. Particularly I search for those sites which are illegal. I am getting mentally depressed. Even more depressed because I end up watching child porn.
I am shy towards ladies in real life. I have no girl friend. I start sweating when extremely beautiful women wearing short dresses stands beside me in crowded places..
I have started to hate myself in this regard. Please help me.
