Sir ,I Got Brain Stroke In January 21,2016,in That Case

Sir ,I got brain stroke in january 21,2016,in that case my left side paralysed ,now i 90% ok from that time I am taking vertin 16 regularly but still some time I face giddiness during sudden movement, and i am also taking Preva ,Folfit & Storvas40 in beginning and storvas 20 later ,now please help me which medicine should I take for giddiness, my lipid profile report is OK now .
