Sir I had a surgical abortion on 18 febraury at 6 weeks after that I started bleeding on 23 Feb I did my ultrasound on 29 febraury it was showing no pregnancy but mild infections culdsac but after that I have no period yet on 10 April I did my hug thrice with negative result but I am still worried why my period have not occurred
