Sir, I Had My Abdomen Test. They Said, I Have

Sir, I had my abdomen test. They said, I have Minimal increase in the bilateral renal echotexture - normal Vs significance. They told me to do a renal function test. The results are Serum Urea is 28 and Serum Creatinine is 1.1 Do I need to get any other tests done or Am I Ok?, Please advise. Thank you Sir.
