I hav been diagnosed with ocd fr 10 yrs.d medications without behavior therpy deteriorated my conditon.den i turned towards God that helped me d most.but still i suffer from lack of concentration ,bad memory n bad health like fatigue ,excessive hunger may b due to low serratonin as i dont suffer frm any other illness as per my medical records can i take tryptophan n dopamine supplements n not drugs coz they arent helpfull at all .kindly help me out sir
