Sir, I Have A Baby Girl For 6 Months Old.

Sir,
I have a baby girl for 6 months old. She has a problem in her brain. She has attacks several times but n a day for last 3months . she had got checked by our local Dr. But there is no changes in her behaviour only she always in sleep..she is not feeding milk of mine because she is in sleep. I want to get checked her in Varanasi by Dr. V D tiwari mahmoorganj. Is he a dr. For child? Because I know that he is very good for these type of diseases.
Please kindly inform me because I am in very critical problem..
